Damaged Goods

Safety and Apparel Ltd supplies products of the highest standard of quality and functionality. However, if something does go wrong, we are here to help.

If one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction or arrives damaged, you may return it to us for repair, replacement, or a refund.

Please call our Customer Service team or your Safety Specialist so we can assess the situation and advise on the best course of action for you. To speed up the process, please provide our team with as much information about the fault as possible including a packing slip or invoice number.

An RMA must be issued before any faulty/damaged items are returned. While we will do our very best to solve your issue as soon as possible, sometimes we must include the manufacturer in this process, however, we will communicate with you every step of the way to ensure a quick resolution.
