RSEA Rewards Terms & Conditions


In these terms and conditions:


  • “Member” refers to an individual who joins the RSEA Rewards program and/or qualifies for a 5% discount by spending $150 or more, inclusive of GST, in store or online, and who provides their name and contact details. Membership is non-transferable
  • When joining RSEA Rewards online, the 5% discount applies to your next transaction, once you have reached the $150 spend qualification.
  • “Program” means the RSEA Rewards program operated pursuant to these terms and conditions
  • “RSEA” means RSEA Pty Limited ABN 91 094 385 430 of Tenancy B, Ground Floor/1601 Malvern Road, Glen Iris 3146 Victoria Australia
  • "Website” means www.rsea.com.au


1. Program Benefits & Mechanics


  • 1.1 The 5% discount applies to full priced items and transactions made in store. To receive 5% member discount, simply quote your name, email or phone number every time you shop at an RSEA store. The discount is not exchangeable for cash.
  • 1.2 To continue to qualify for the member discount, a member must spend a minimum of $500 inclusive of GST, in the past 12 months
  • 1.3 The discount is not valid on:
  • Already discounted items or promotional offers such as 2-for-1 specials;
  • Contract or trade priced goods;
  • Purchases made over the phone or via fax;
  • Gift cards; and
  • Hire equipment or goods
  • 1.4 RSEA may offer other member benefits at any time, including events, specials and competitions


2. Terms & Conditions


  • 2.1 By joining or using the RSEA Rewards program, each member accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and any variations that may be made from time to time
  • 2.2 If a product is being returned, then the member will receive a refund equivalent to the paid amount, after the discount was applied. For example, a member bought an item at a full price of $100 which qualified for 5% discount, so the member paid $95. The refund would be issued as $95.   • 2.3 RSEA reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the Rewards program and accept or cancel any membership at any time, in its sole discretion. If so, this will be communicated to members and will be made available on the RSEA Website. It is the Member’s responsibility to check the Website and their emails for changes to terms and conditions


3. Privacy Policy


  • 3.1 By entering the RSEA Rewards program and consenting to being contacted by RSEA we will communicate with you from time to time via email and SMS
  • 3.2 To opt out from marketing emails, simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. To opt out of marketing SMS simply text ‘STOP’ (don't reply) to the indicated mobile number on the SMS message. To opt out of email, SMS or direct mail at any time, please call RSEA Customer Service on 0800 697732 or send an email to customerservice@rseasafety.co.nz with the word “unsubscribe” in the subject heading
  • 3.3 RSEA respects the privacy of individuals by treating all personal information as confidential and by handling it in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles
